We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Dental Hygiene Assistant who will also provide front desk support during downtime. This position is perfect for individuals who are comfortable working both chairside and at the front desk, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
You will assist hygienists during patient appointments, including preparing and breaking down treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining infection control protocols. Your role will also include taking X-rays for hygiene and assisting with patient recall tasks. During quieter periods, you’ll support front desk operations by answering phone calls, checking out patients, and scheduling appointments, making sure all necessary X-ray codes are in place.
Candidates should have at least one year of dental office experience and preferably be cross-trained in clinical and administrative duties. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is a willingness to learn. We provide PPE (including gowns, face shields, and masks) to ensure a safe working environment.
