About the Role:
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients—by phone and in person. You will play a critical role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and meets its daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and values building relationships with both patients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls and assist patients with scheduling needs
• Confirm and schedule appointments (via phone, text, mail, and software)
• Monitor and manage scheduling software
• Mail reminder and recall postcards
• Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
• Prepare and present treatment plans
• Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
• Generate and track statistical reports
• Provide general office support and oversee the reception area
• Open and/or close the office as scheduled

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–2 years of dental office experience required
(Dental assisting background highly preferred)
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software
• Experience with insurance verification and billing a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Fluent in English (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!)

💲 $22–$25/hour, based on experience
