What You’ll Do
As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice and a key player in ensuring smooth operations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between the dental team, patients, and their families, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
-Present treatment plans and financial estimates to parents/guardians.
-Verify insurance coverage, submit pre-authorizations, and process claims.
-Schedule, confirm, and follow up on treatment and recall appointments.
-Collect and post patient payments and manage outstanding balances.
-Collaborate with the dentist, assistants, and front office to maintain an efficient schedule.
-Deliver exceptional customer service in a warm, family-friendly environment.

Must-Have Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Open Dental) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-2-3 years of experience in a treatment coordinator role in a dental office (pediatric or orthodontic setting strongly preferred)
-Experience with treatment presentation, scheduling, and financial coordination
-Working knowledge of dental terminology, insurance coding, and billing procedures
-Ability to work part-time, rotating 3 days per week
Bonus Points For:
-Prior experience in a pediatric or orthodontic setting
-Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred – bilingual communication is highly valued to support our diverse patient families
