Full Time Hygienist
LOCATION
Denver, COWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our growing, privately owned general dental practice. Our office is a small, close-knit team made up of one doctor, one assistant, one hygienist, and one front office administrator. We are a single-doctor practice serving a PPO and private patient base, and our team culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on delivering excellent care. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Thursday schedule, designed to support a strong work-life balance. You will enjoy a 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., giving you time to recharge during the workday. Reserved parking spaces are available in our parking garage for added convenience.
Responsibilities include providing thorough preventive and periodontal care, taking accurate dental radiographs, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the doctor in delivering high-quality treatment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Eaglesoft and brings a professional, patient-centered approach to every appointment. Experience with an intraoral scanner and Picasso laser is preferred, though not required.
We are looking for a candidate with an active Colorado RDH license and a strong desire to contribute to a positive, efficient, and growing practice. Because we are a small team, reliability, communication, and teamwork are essential. You should be comfortable working in a general dentistry setting and confident in helping patients feel at ease while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence.
