Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented dental professional to join a busy, patient-centered practice serving both general and private dentistry. In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive care and clinical support for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, reviewing oral health histories, taking and evaluating radiographs as appropriate, conducting periodontal assessments, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on home care and oral hygiene techniques. You will also assist with charting, infection control, and maintaining accurate clinical records. A strong attention to detail, compassion, and the ability to communicate clearly with patients are essential.

This position requires a current RDH License and at least 1 year of experience in a dental practice. Candidates should be comfortable working in a professional setting that serves both general and private patients and should demonstrate sound judgment, clinical skill, and a consistent commitment to high standards of care. A college-level education is expected, along with the ability to work collaboratively with dentists and other team members.

Proper use of PPE and adherence to infection control protocols are essential parts of daily responsibilities.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $45–50/hour, reflecting the value of your clinical expertise and dedication. We are looking for someone who can contribute immediately, work efficiently, and help uphold a welcoming and professional atmosphere for every patient.
