We are seeking a patient‑focused, clinically strong Dental Hygienist who wants to provide excellent care while having the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings. This is not a volume‑only model. Our assisted hygiene structure is designed so you can focus on patient care, not room turnover. 🪥🧑‍⚕️

Compensation & Incentives

* $5,000 sign‑on bonus
*Competitive hourly base rate with flexibility to go higher for assisted hygienists
and 30% of net production (paid when production exceeds base)
*No cap on earnings
*8 Additional product commissions
