We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Front Office Patient Concierge who thrives on creating exceptional patient experiences while keeping things organized behind the scenes.

You’ll be an essential part of our front office team—handling a variety of responsibilities that support both patient care and practice operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering phone calls with warmth, confidence, and efficiency
Treatment plan presentations and their follow ups
Sometimes verifying insurance, assisting with insurances needing additional information
Helping manage billing/accounts receivable, follow-ups, and patient financial questions
Supporting the scheduling and check-in/check-out process
Keeping things organized, accurate, and moving forward — because chaos is not your thing
Backing up your team when they need it — collaboration
Creating a smooth, welcoming patient experience from start to finish
You’ll be one of the key touchpoints in the office — the last impression patients have when they leave and the person helping make sure they come back on time. Your organization, communication, and ability to think two steps ahead are what make everything click.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a dental front office setting
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
A true team player who values structure, accountability, and service
Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus
