Dental assistant for New Periodontics office Mondays and Wednesdays

Laser Periodontics Group is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty periodontal and implant practice in Midtown Manhattan.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art periodontal office focused on delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, team-oriented environment. We specialize in dental implants, periodontal surgery, LANAP laser therapy, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, and soft tissue grafting procedures.

We are looking for a team member who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with our practice.

Responsibilities

Assist during periodontal and implant surgical procedures
Prepare and break down treatment rooms
Sterilization and infection control
Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans
Set up surgical trays and materials
Assist with implant, grafting, extraction, and laser procedures
Ensure a positive patient experience before, during, and after treatment
Support clinical workflow and office efficiency
Qualifications

Dental assistant experience REQUIRED
Periodontal, oral surgery, or implant experience a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols

Initially 2 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) with opportunity for additional days and hours as the practice continues to grow.
