Pine Cove Dental, a premier dental practice in Mansfield, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our practice, serving as the primary advocate and guide for our patients. You will be instrumental in ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their dental care decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Consultation and Education: Guide patients through their recommended treatment plans, ensuring a thorough understanding of procedures, timelines, and expected outcomes.
* Financial Coordination: Expertly present treatment costs and financial arrangements. Confidently explain and navigate patients' dental insurance benefits to maximize their coverage and facilitate their care.
* Scheduling and Logistics: Meticulously manage the treatment schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for both patients and our clinical team.
* Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with our patients, fostering an environment of trust, empathy, and unparalleled support.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
** Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong passion for providing outstanding service.
** In-depth knowledge of dental insurance plans, terminology, and billing processes is required.
** Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information with clarity and kindness.
** Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
** A collaborative team player dedicated to contributing to a positive and supportive practice culture.
** Previous experience in a dental office setting is highly preferred.

** Bilingual (Spanish) is a definitely a plus!
