Key Responsibilities:

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in our patients’ oral health and overall well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting thorough periodontal assessments, scaling, and root planing to ensure optimal patient health.
- Utilizing tools like Perio Protect® trays, Arestin®, and dental lasers for periodontal therapy; prior experience with these modalities is a plus.
- Educating patients on oral health, preventive practices, and customized periodontal maintenance protocols.
- Collaborating closely with the dentist and the dental team to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach while delivering meticulous care with professionalism.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for patient care. The ideal candidate will possess:

- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice, preferably in a general, single doctor setting.
- Proficiency in periodontal assessment and a strong understanding of customized recall protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively educate patients about their dental health and treatment options.
- A collaborative spirit and commitment to continued learning and professional development.

Our practice provides comprehensive care, utilizing the latest technology and techniques. We prioritize the health and safety of our team and patients by providing personal protective equipment (PPE) including disposable gowns, face shields, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
