We are currently seeking to hire a full time experienced and Dental Office Manager to join our team here at Denton Family Dentistry, a single location and single doctor private practice that has been well established for over 20 years in the same location in a busy and populated area in Denton, Texas. We are looking for a detail oriented person who is passionate about what they do, wanting to work together with a great Doctor & team to treat patients and promote good oral health.

You will be working directly and assisting the dentist at the front desk and in the treatment room, and managing inventory and ordering office and dental supplies, training staff at all positions and department, filing insurance claims, insurance verification, treatment presentation, collecting payments, collecting AR/AP, entering and clearing EOBs and insurances, disputing with the insurance companies to collect payment, leading morning huddles, going over daily and monthly goals with the staff, organizing the office, checking and replying to office e-mails, marketing, managing social medias, interviewing, hiring, and terminating (HR duties), setting up tasks for office improvements, training staff at every position and department, payroll duties, and any additional things to properly manage the staff and office overall, and etc. We're looking for an office manager who is detail oriented, experienced, professional, possesses high integrity, compassionate, friendly, brings optimism and positive energy to the office, and open to being trained and to learn our current office system and also to bring qualities to enhance our office.

Monday- 8:30am-6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)

Tuesday- 8:30am-6:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)

Wednesday- 7:00am-5:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)

Thursday- 7:00am-5:00pm (With 1 hour lunch)
