We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a growing, patient-focused dental practice that provides comprehensive care across general dentistry, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, and multi-specialty treatment. Our team works in a modern, multi-doctor environment supported by PPO and private patient care, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, comfort, and long-term oral health.
The ideal candidate is a licensed hygienist with at least 3-5 years of experience in a dental office and a strong ability to deliver high-quality preventive care while supporting broader treatment planning. This role requires confidence in Dentrix, skill in iTero, and a local anesthesia license (which is a plus), the ability to recommend appropriate treatments, and the skill to motivate patients toward better oral health outcomes. Because this practice includes multiple dentists and surgeons, the right candidate must be comfortable collaborating across disciplines and adapting to varied clinical workflows.
Daily responsibilities include delivering thorough hygiene care, reviewing oral health findings with patients, documenting accurately, and helping patients understand the value of recommended treatment. Depending on the schedule and clinical needs, you may see one patient at a time or two at a time when assisting. Appointment lengths typically range from 45 minutes to 1 hour without assisting and 30 minutes when assisting with each patient.
Our team is committed to making dental care as simple and painless as possible. From the front desk to the clinical team, everyone here is dedicated to the overall well-being of our patients. We are proud to offer a supportive environment where staff collaborate closely to help patients feel better, look better, and smile with confidence.
This full-time opportunity is available due to practice growth and includes a 401(k) benefit. Street parking is available for convenience. Please note that this position requires 2 weeks of working interviews followed by a 3-month probationary period.
We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a busy, high-standard dental environment and is ready to contribute to a team that values excellence, communication, and patient-centered care.
Please provide us with your resume and at least 3 references if you'd like to grow with a dynamic, motivated team of dental professionals, dentists, and surgeons.
