EDDA/Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, motivated dental assistant to join our small, family-oriented team in a busy private general practice led by a single doctor with more than 40 years of experience. Our office is built on strong patient relationships, high-quality care, and a supportive work environment where every team member plays an important role.

This part-time position is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and passionate about patient care. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be confident assisting with composite restorations, same-day crown workflows using Prime Scan, oral surgery procedures, dentures, partials, and night guard adjustments. Strong experience with sterilization and infection control protocols is essential, along with accurate patient charting and detailed daily notes.

You should be comfortable using Open Dental and Dexis software, maintaining patient records, and supporting daily clinical operations with a high level of professionalism. Additional strengths include patient education, customer service, radiology, instrument sterilization, and expanded functions. CPR certification is preferred.

We are currently offering a 3-day work week schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Lunch break is 30 minutes. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience, with vacation pay after 1 year, Well-Pay (PTO), medical, and dental benefits.
