Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and professional dental hygienist to join our growing dental team in a full-time role. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who values high-quality patient care, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment. Our practice is a general, multi-doctor, private dental office with a strong focus on comprehensive oral health and patient-centered service.

This position is available due to continued growth within the practice, and we are looking for someone who can contribute to a collaborative and efficient hygiene department. Our clinical team includes 2 doctors and 4 hygienists, creating a supportive atmosphere where communication and consistency are key. The ideal candidate will bring strong chairside skills, excellent clinical judgment, and a warm, professional approach to patient interactions.

Responsibilities will include delivering thorough preventive care, performing hygiene assessments, educating patients on oral health, and supporting the overall success of the dental team. A current New Hampshire dental hygiene license is required. Candidates should be dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism in a busy private practice setting.

This is a full-time position with a consistent weekly schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

A lunch break of 30–60 minutes is provided. Parking is available on-site in the parking area. The office offers a welcoming work environment with benefits including insurance, paid time off, and a Simple IRA. Compensation is pending experience and professionalism.
