We are a newly built, privately owned, dental startup located in Berthoud, Colorado. We are excited to invite a skilled dental hygienist to join our team as we strive to build a reputation for delivering quality care that is both honest and patient-focused.

As a part-time dental hygienist in our practice, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our patients while working closely alongside a single doctor in a general dentistry setting. Our practice is built on a culture of collaboration, and we believe that when a team shares a common vision, we can achieve excellence in patient care.

We are looking for a candidate with a well-rounded skill set, able to handle various aspects of dentistry, including endodontics, implants, dental sleep medicine, cosmetics, and more. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in patient education, treatment planning, and proficiency with dental software, specifically Open Dental. You will spend quality time with each patient, typically between 60-120 minutes, depending on their individual needs, allowing you to provide thorough care and build meaningful relationships.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

- Dental prophylaxis and scaling/root planing (SRP)
- Periodontal assessment and charting
- Intraoral radiography (digital X-rays)
- Fluoride treatments and sealants
- Local anesthesia administration
- Digital Scanning
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build patient rapport
- Knowledge of infection control and OSHA compliance
- Time management and clinical efficiency
