Immediate Hire Dental assistant
LOCATION
Sterling, VAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a reliable, professional team member to support our clinical and front-desk operations in a full-time capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a high school education who is interested in working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. All experience levels are welcome, and proper training will be provided to help you succeed in the position.
Responsibilities include assisting with patient care, preparing treatment areas, supporting the dental team during procedures, sterilizing instruments, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day office flow. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important for success in this role.
We provide a safe work environment with PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Additional perks include free parking and a paid lunch break. This is an hourly position, and all benefits are offered after 1 year of employment.
