As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring our patients achieve optimal oral health.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for our patients.
- Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Providing patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborating with our experienced team of dentists to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Assisting in periodontal therapies and the implementation of preventive measures.
- Supporting practice goals through effective communication and team collaboration.
Work Environment:
Our practice fosters a friendly and professional atmosphere where teamwork is paramount. You will manage two patients at a time, ensuring that each individual receives attentive care while working efficiently. We value our employees’ well-being and ensure a healthy work-life balance by providing a one-hour lunch break during your full-time schedule.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An active state license in dental hygiene.
- Strong clinical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry best practices.
Benefits:
