We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our new dental practice. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding service and patient satisfaction.
As a dental hygienist in our office, you will work alongside a single doctor in a general practice that serves a diverse patient base, including both Medicaid and private patients. Our office is designed to ensure that each patient receives personalized care, allowing you to focus on one patient at a time. This approach not only fosters a calm and comfortable environment for our patients but also enables you to build meaningful relationships with them.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking and developing X-rays, educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices, and assisting in the overall prevention of dental diseases. You will also collaborate closely with the doctor to establish and implement a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each patient's needs.
No prior experience is required for this position, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in dental hygiene. We value enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. Our supportive team will provide the necessary training and mentorship to help you thrive in this new position.
The salary for this position ranges from $55 to $60 per hour, commensurate with experience, and we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we expand our practice to better serve our community's dental health needs.
