Patient Coordinator, Drip Dental, Dripping Springs:
Drip Dental is a woman-owned, independent FFS practice in Dripping Springs, led by Dr. Sydney. We're small, supportive, and intentional about how we run the office. We're adding a Patient Coordinator to take ownership of the patient experience: the moments that turn a first-time caller into a loyal patient.
The Role:
We're looking for a Patient Coordinator who is naturally warm with people, organized behind the scenes, and confident presenting treatment plans. You'll be the patient-facing partner on the front office team, owning the moments that matter most.
What your week looks like:
Presenting treatment plans clearly and with empathy, helping patients say yes to the care they need
Following lab cases from impression to delivery, making sure nothing slips
Turning phone inquiries into booked first visits, with the warmth and clarity that make people glad they called
Supporting the patient experience from greeting through dismissal
Helping us roll out new patient experience programs we have in the works (we'll share more in the interview)
Working in Oryx (our practice management software) and our other modern systems
Schedule:
Mom Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
36 hours per week
Out before school pickup, no late nights, no weekends
Compensation:
$25 to $28 per hour starting, depending on experience
Weekly Production Share Bonus
Benefits (full-time, after the 90-day introductory period):
Aflac supplemental insurance
$1,500/year in-house dental credit for you and your immediate household
CPR/BLS certification covered by the practice
Paid Time Off, accruing annually with continuous service
Support for continuing education: we cover at least one CE course or conference per year
What We're Looking For:
2+ year of dental front office experience, ideally with some treatment plan presentation under your belt
Confident on the phone and naturally good at moving a conversation toward a booked appointment
Organized enough to track lab cases, follow up reliably, and never let something fall through the cracks
Warm and patient centric in every interaction, in person and on the phone
Comfortable working independently while staying tightly looped in with the team
Curious and motivated, with appetite for taking on new programs as we roll them out
Why Drip Dental?
We're small enough that you'll know every patient's name, modern enough to run on tools that don't fight you, and led by a dentist who genuinely cares about your growth. This is not a front desk job in disguise. It's a real role with real ownership, and the right person will help shape how we deliver care here for years to come.
