Treatment Coordinator
LOCATION
Cypress, TXSmile Avenue Family Dentistry in Cypress is hiring a full-time Treatment Coordinator at $22 to $26 an hour, based on experience. We're a multi-doctor general and family practice at 9212 Fry Rd, Suite 120, in the Miramesa plaza.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 PM. Weekends off.
What you'll do: present treatment plans and walk patients through costs and financing options such as CareCredit and Sunbit, schedule accepted treatment, follow up on pending treatment, write same-day follow-up notes in Open Dental, and work toward monthly treatment acceptance goals.
Our office: we place implants in-house, and we have digital X-rays, a CBCT and an intraoral scanner.
What we're looking for:
- Experience presenting dental treatment to patients
- Comfortable discussing costs and financing, such as CareCredit and Sunbit
- Comfortable working toward monthly treatment acceptance goals
- Writes clear follow-up notes the same day
- Experience with Open Dental is a plus, and we'll train you on it
