We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our growing pediatric dental team. This is a part-time opportunity in a supportive, patient-centered office where comfort, quality care, and a relaxed, fun environment are top priorities. The current schedule offered is Bi-weekly Wednesdays from 8:40am-5:00pm (lunch from 1-2pm) and every Friday (7:40am-1pm)
Our practice serves children from approximately age 1 through 18, including patients with varying levels of special needs, and our team works closely together to ensure every visit is a positive experience.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working with children and families and is committed to providing exceptional preventive care. New graduates are welcome to apply, and we value team members who bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn and grow. In this role, you will work alongside doctors, hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff in a collaborative environment that emphasizes teamwork and excellent communication.
Responsibilities include performing pediatric hygiene procedures, prophylaxis, fluoride treatment, oral pathology screening, patient education, dental charting, patient records management, patient recall, scheduling support, and treatment planning. Experience with special needs patients is highly valued, along with strong file maintenance skills and familiarity with Curve DMS. Candidates must be CPR certified and comfortable delivering care tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients.
We are looking for someone who can help create a welcoming atmosphere for every patient while maintaining a high standard of clinical excellence. The right candidate will be organized, compassionate, and able to contribute to a positive office dynamic. Our practice has steadily grown and recently celebrated its 10-year anniversary, making this an exciting time to become part of our team.
We offer on-site parking in a private lot, a full range of PPE including face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, and a schedule that includes a 1-hour lunch break on full days and no lunch break on half days. Compensation is $46–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
