We are seeking an experienced, compassionate general dentist to join a well-established, multi-doctor dental practice focused on comprehensive, patient-centered care. This is a full-time opportunity within a general dentistry setting that serves PPO and private-pay patients. The ideal candidate is clinically confident, team-oriented, and motivated to grow within a supportive environment where quality dentistry and strong relationships are equally valued.
Our practice is built on stability, collaboration, and mentorship. With a long-standing team and multiple doctors working together, you will have the opportunity to focus on delivering excellent care without the burden of practice ownership or excessive administrative responsibilities. You will be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team that helps create a smooth workflow and a positive patient experience.
We are looking for a dentist with at least 3 years of clinical experience who is comfortable providing comprehensive care, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic services. Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry are essential. Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative environment while maintaining clinical autonomy and taking pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
This role is ideal for a professional who values mentorship, continued growth, and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned clinicians in a thriving practice. The position is available due to practice growth, and it offers the chance to contribute meaningfully to a respected team while serving an established patient base.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of general dental conditions
- Providing preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care
- Educating patients on treatment options and oral health
- Collaborating with team members to support efficient, high-quality care
- Maintaining accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on patient care
- Commitment to professional integrity and excellence
Compensation and benefits:
- Daily earnings of $900 to $1,500
- Medical insurance
- Full-time schedule
- Supportive, growth-oriented environment
- Personal protective equipment provided, including face shields, goggles, latex and nitrile gloves, regular masks, respirator masks, and gowns washed daily in-office
If you are looking for a full-time role where you can practice high-quality dentistry, enjoy strong support, and continue developing professionally, this opportunity may be an excellent fit.
