*Dental Treatment Coordinator Full Time -Spring TX 77379 Hours: Monday- Thursday 8:30 - 5:30 Friday 7:30 - 2:00
Full time position for Dental Treatment and Scheduling Coordinator in a well-established dental practice in Spring TX for 4 ½ days per week. Proficiency with Dentrix software and 5+ years of dental treatment planning is highly preferred. Must present with a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor and be self-motivated. Basic Skills needed for this job:
Scheduling to productivity using Dentrix software.
Experience presenting dental treatment plans and working with outside financial vendors.
Answering phones with attention to active listening and great customer service.
Influencing patients to schedule needed dental treatment including calling patients that have unscheduled treatment.
Emailing patients with attachments and following up with treatment plans.
Precision multi-tasking, attention to detail and ability to handle interruptions.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
