We are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our vibrant front office team at a rapidly growing orthodontic practice. This part-time position offers an incredible opportunity to be part of a newer, doctor-owned facility that emphasizes excellent patient care and contributes to the community.
In this role, you will handle patient scheduling, manage office communications, and assist with administrative tasks. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and sales acumen will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and promoting our services. You will work closely with our small yet dedicated team, helping to create a welcoming and efficient environment for patients of all ages.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience in sales is highly preferred, but we welcome those eager to learn in the dynamic dental environment. Our office uses Greyfinch for scheduling, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
You will enjoy a supportive work culture where every team member contributes meaningfully to our mission. With competitive hourly pay ranging from $21 to $24, this role also offers a one-hour lunch break and numerous benefits to be determined.
