A Great Opportunity for New Graduates

This position would be an excellent fit for new graduates looking to build confidence, increase hand speed, and continue developing their clinical skillset. As we continue growing, there may be days when your schedule is not fully booked, giving you valuable extra time with patients to refine efficiency, strengthen clinical flow, and sharpen your skills in a supportive environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional, experienced hygienist who is a tremendous resource for mentorship, collaboration, and continued learning.

Schedule:
Part-Time - 2 Days Per Week (Exact days are flexible)
Goal of transitioning into 4 days per week as our hygiene department continues to grow.

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (6:45 AM team huddle)
• One hygiene column (not double-booked)
• Quality-focused scheduling designed to support meaningful patient care

Technology:
We’re fully digital and equipped with:
• Open Dental
• iTero Scanner
• CBCT
• NOMAD Handheld X-ray
• CEREC / PrimeScan

Compensation
$45–$50 per hour, based on experience, skillset, and fit.
