Requirements for employment include:
State license in dental hygiene
Infiltration/Block/ Nitrous Oxide Certified
CPR certification
Maintaining and sterilizing dental instruments
Competent in digital charting and navigating computer software while paying attention to details
Knowledge of prophylaxis, SRP, periodontal disease diagnosing and treatment
Remarkable friendliness and personality
Knowledge of oral health and ability to educate in a kind manner
Team-based attitude, willingness to cooperate and work as a team
Salary will be determined based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures under the supervision of a dentist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical documentation.
- Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and infection control protocols.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in dental technology.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48.00 - $51.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
