We’re looking for a strong, experienced dental front office professional who can take ownership of the insurance and financial side of the patient experience—with one assisting day per week to support our clinical team.
This is a full-time hybrid role in a busy, team-focused practice that values organization, communication, and kindness.
Schedule
4 days/week | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
3 days: Front Desk (primary focus)
1 day: Chairside Assisting
No nights or weekends
What You’ll Do (Front Desk – Primary)
Verify detailed insurance benefits (freq, downgrades, waiting periods, exclusions)
Provide accurate patient estimates before treatment
Clearly explain coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and options
Support treatment planning and case acceptance
Keep schedules fully prepped financially and administratively
Communicate effectively with clinical team on coverage limitations
Clinical (1 Day/Week)
Assist chairside and support clinical flow
Maintain operatory readiness and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Dental front office experience REQUIRED
Strong insurance knowledge is a MUST (not just basic verification)
Confident discussing treatment costs with patients
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
X-Ray Certification required (for assisting day)
Dentrix experience preferred
