Are you a dedicated and detail-oriented professional ready to make a positive impact in a well-established private general dental office? We are seeking a passionate front office team member to join our friendly and experienced staff. Our practice, serving central Austin since 2005, prides itself on creating a caring work environment where teamwork and patient education are at the forefront of our mission.
In this full-time position, you will work closely with our talented team, which includes two dentists, two hygienists, and two exceptional dental assistants, all committed to providing top-quality care. We focus heavily on our hygiene department, ensuring that gum and bone health is prioritized in our treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a dental front office role, show a clear understanding of dental insurance, and possess strong skills in customer service and dental terminology. Proficiency with Dentrix software is essential, along with a self-motivated attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
