We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our established, multi-doctor dental practice. For more than 30 years, our team has been proud to provide personalized, high-quality dental care to generations of families in a warm, professional environment. We serve a diverse patient population with a strong focus on preventive care, relationship-based treatment, and long-term oral health.
This full-time role is ideal for a licensed hygienist who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-centered setting and values both clinical excellence and a supportive team culture. Our practice is fee-for-service friendly while also serving a strong PPO patient base, allowing for a balance of comprehensive care and efficient scheduling. As part of a busy general dentistry office, you will play an essential role in supporting the health, comfort, and education of our patients.
Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planing as appropriate, taking and reviewing radiographs, assessing periodontal conditions, and documenting findings accurately in the patient record. You will also provide oral hygiene instruction, preventive education, and individualized recommendations to help patients maintain optimal oral health between visits. Strong communication skills and a gentle chairside manner are essential, as you will work with patients of all ages and varying levels of dental anxiety.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with doctors and the broader team to ensure smooth patient flow and an exceptional experience from start to finish. A commitment to professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude is highly valued. Experience with advanced dental technology and modern preventive protocols is a plus, though we are happy to support the right candidate who is eager to grow.
Qualifications include graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program, current licensure, and a solid understanding of periodontal therapy, preventive dentistry, and patient education. We are looking for someone who is organized, caring, and dedicated to delivering outstanding care in a busy, team-oriented environment.
If you are passionate about helping patients achieve healthier smiles and want to build your career in a respected, long-standing practice, we would love to hear from you.
