We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused dental hygienist to join our established dental office for a full-time (or part-time) position. Our practice is a general, single doctor environment that serves a PPO and private patient base, with a strong commitment to high-quality care, professionalism, and a positive team culture. This is a 100% private practice, not corporate, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive setting where clinical excellence and patient relationships are highly valued.
We have a modern, comfortable, and clean workspace that includes: Adec Chairs, Dentsply Cavitrons, new and sharp EverEdge hand instruments, hygiene lasers, digital x-rays, and CBCT.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of clinical experience and hold an active Colorado RDH license. We are looking for someone who is confident in delivering comprehensive hygiene services, communicates clearly with patients, and works well as part of a collaborative dental team. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about 1 hour with each patient for prophys and periodontal maintenance, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, attentive care.
This position is well-suited for a professional who enjoys building trust with patients, educating them on oral health, and maintaining a consistent standard of clinical quality. The office values efficiency without sacrificing patient care, and the schedule is designed to support a smooth and organized workflow. Lunch breaks are 30–60 minutes depending on preference, providing flexibility during the workday.
Our team is committed to maintaining a safe and comfortable clinical environment. PPE provided includes face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Free parking is available on site for your convenience.
We offer a competitive compensation range of $60–$75 per hour, along with a strong benefits package that includes PTO/sick time, paid holidays, paid vacation days, 401k match, health insurance, dental benefits, and continuing education support. We value ongoing professional growth and encourage continued learning to help our team stay current with best practices in preventive and periodontal care.
If you are an experienced, licensed hygienist seeking a stable full-time role in a patient-centered private practice, this could be an excellent fit for your skills and career goals.
