Registered Dental Hygienist

We are currently seeking an experienced & caring Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities

Schedule - Monday–Thursday, 7:15 AM–5:00 PM (Wed/Thu until 3:00 PM)
Location: Monument, CO

Compensation & Benefits
● Compensation: $55–$60/hour (based on experience)

● New Patients: 2-hour appointments
● Existing Patients: 1-hour appointments
● Periodontal Maintenance: 1-hour appointments
● SRP (Scaling & Root Planing): 1–2 hours based on patient needs
● Pediatric Visits: 30-minute appointments

Key Responsibilities
● Provide gentle, comprehensive hygiene care to patients of all ages
● Take diagnostic digital X-rays and use modern tools for patient education
● Communicate effectively with the dentist to identify and present treatment needs
● Educate patients on oral hygiene, disease prevention, and overall wellness
● Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications
● Colorado RDH license (required)
● Laser Certification
● Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
● Open Dental
● CPR certification
