Dental Hygienist - Part Time
LOCATION
Medina, OHWe are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis. Our office provides care in a General, Multi-doctor, and Private practice setting, offering a professional environment where quality patient care and teamwork are valued every day.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 1 year of experience and a strong commitment to delivering excellent preventive and periodontal care. In this role, you will work with one patient at a time, allowing you to provide focused, individualized attention and thorough treatment. Responsibilities include performing routine hygiene procedures, oral health education, periodontal assessments, and scaling and root planing (SRP) as needed. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach are essential.
We are looking for someone with good personal communication skills who can build trust and rapport with patients while educating them on proper oral hygiene and treatment recommendations. You should also be able to work effectively as part of the team, collaborating with doctors and other team members to support smooth daily operations and high-quality care. A professional, organized, and positive attitude will help you thrive in our office culture.
This part-time position includes a one-hour lunch break, giving you time to recharge during the workday. Compensation starts from $47 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a retirement plan with matching and paid vacation, reflecting our commitment to supporting our team both professionally and personally.
