Are you energetic, outgoing, organized, and great with people? Luxadent is looking for a Bilingual Smile Concierge to be the welcoming voice and face of our practice.
This is a patient-focused scheduling position. Your primary responsibility will be keeping our schedule productive and organized while creating an exceptional experience for every patient from their first phone call to their arrival at the office.
🗣️ Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
🦷 What You’ll Do
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Answer incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Make outbound calls to schedule patients and fill openings
- Manage, organize, and maintain the appointment schedule
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments
- Contact patients who are due for exams and cleanings
- Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment
- Respond to patient calls and text messages
- Follow up on missed and canceled appointments
- Help new patients schedule their first visit
- Accurately document patient communications
- Provide excellent service in both English and Spanish
- Work closely with the dental team to keep the day running smoothly
- Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who is energetic, personable, confident, dependable, and comfortable spending a significant part of the day on the phone.
You should enjoy talking to patients, building relationships, and turning an open schedule into a productive one. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative and understands that every phone call and interaction is an opportunity to create a great patient experience.
Dental front-office experience is preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
