We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate dental professional to join a busy, multi-doctor practice that serves a diverse patient base. Our practice combines general dentistry, endodontic services, and a strong commitment to accessible care for patients covered by Medicaid and PPO plans.

In this role, you will provide a full range of diagnostic, restorative, and preventive dental services for patients of all ages. You will work alongside experienced dental professionals in a supportive setting where teamwork, communication, and efficiency are highly valued. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a varied case mix and enjoys building lasting patient relationships while delivering excellent outcomes.

Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive oral evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans
- Diagnosing and treating common dental conditions, including decay, periodontal concerns, and restorative needs
- Providing preventive care, patient education, and clear treatment recommendations
- Delivering root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures as appropriate
- Restoring function and aesthetics through fillings, crowns, bridges, and similar procedures
- Collaborating with other doctors and clinical team members to ensure coordinated care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Following established clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program
- Active dental license in good standing, or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry, with endodontic experience preferred
- Excellent communication and chairside manner
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-doctor environment
- Commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care to a broad and diverse population
