In this part-time position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our single-doctor practice, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care. You will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, educating patients on proper oral hygiene, and assisting in the overall enhancement of their dental health. We believe in a patient-centered approach, and as such, you will see one patient at a time, allowing you to build lasting relationships and contribute positively to their dental journey.
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as a dental hygienist, demonstrating both clinical competence and an understanding of the nuances of patient care. Experience in a PPO and private practice setting is a plus, as it will help you navigate a diverse patient demographic and varying insurance plans. You must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on their treatment options and encourage healthy habits.
Our ideal candidate will have a current state license in dental hygiene, a strong commitment to upholding safety and infection control protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
