Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Associate Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, provides high-quality comprehensive care, and has excellent communication skills with both parents and team members.

Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive dental exams, preventive care, and restorative procedures for pediatric patients.
• Provide gentle and effective behavior management techniques.
• Educate parents and caregivers on proper oral hygiene and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with state and OSHA standards.

Qualifications:
• D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current Texas Dental License.
• Completed (or in progress of completing) a Pediatric Dentistry Residency.
• CPR and PALS certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
