Hygienist

We are a pediatric dental practice committed to providing compassionate and responsible dental care to children and young adults. We are seeking a motivated dental hygiene professional to join our clinical team and support the delivery of high-quality preventive care in a child-centered environment.

This full-time role is ideal for an entry-level candidate with 0–1 years of experience who is eager to grow in pediatrics and build confidence working with children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient, and able to communicate in a warm, reassuring, and professional manner. Because our focus is pedodontics, comfort working with young patients and a strong commitment to creating positive dental experiences are especially important.

Responsibilities include performing routine dental hygiene procedures, such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral health assessments, while supporting the dentist during examinations and treatment planning. You will educate patients and parents on proper brushing, flossing, nutrition, and other preventive care practices tailored to pediatric needs. Additional duties may include reviewing dental histories, documenting clinical findings, taking and processing x-rays as directed, and maintaining accurate patient records.

The right candidate will demonstrate excellent chairside manner, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with dentists, assistants, and administrative staff. A strong foundation in infection control, sterilization protocols, and safe clinical practices is essential. Education in dental hygiene is required, along with appropriate licensure and certification consistent with professional standards.
