We are in search of a stellar part-time Dental Hygienist who is committed to delivering exceptional care in a collaborative team environment. With a focus on patient education and informed decision-making, our ideal candidate should have a passion for enhancing patient oral health and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and detailed oral health evaluations.
- Provide a range of hygiene services, including Arestin therapy, fluoride treatment, scaling and root planing, and periodontal treatment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and histories, ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with our team to foster a warm atmosphere that prioritizes patient comfort and care.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a dental hygiene role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and team members alike.
- Proficiency in a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to, nitrous oxide monitoring, oral pathology screening, and the use of digital x-ray technology.
- CPR certification and knowledge of sterile procedures.
