Dental Patient Coordinator

Fountain Dental Center is an established family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join us full-time. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-5pm

Compensation: $23-$25/hr, plus attainable bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
*Assist in delivering a distinctive patient experience in person and over the phone.
*Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out, and collect co-pays.
*Update patient demographic information in the patient management system.
*Perform front office duties such as refilling the coffee machine and checking bathroom supplies.
*Keep patient waiting area clean and stocked with supplies.
*Communicate to team when their patient has arrived in a friendly and prompt fashion.
*Collect co-pays and patient balances in person and over the phone.
*Utilize patient communication software to send out appointment confirmations.

Requirements:
*2+ years of dental front office experience is required
*Reliable transportation
*Basic computer knowledge
*Denticon software experience is a plus but is not required
*Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
*Excellent customer service and leadership skills
*Ability to multi-task efficiently
*Excellent computer and typing skills
*Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
