Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our Family/General Practice in a full-time role. This position is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the chance to work closely with young doctors who are highly educated in modern technology and contemporary periodontal care. This opening is available as our current dental hygienist is retiring, creating a rare opportunity to step into a well-established, patient-centered environment.

In this role, you will have the ability to run your own mini perio practice within a supportive general dentistry setting. You will see one patient at a time, with approximately 1 hour scheduled per patient slot, allowing you the time to deliver thorough, high-quality preventive and periodontal care. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, educating patients, and helping them understand the importance of oral health in maintaining overall wellness.

The ideal candidate holds an appropriate college-level education in dental hygiene and brings a professional, compassionate, and organized approach to care. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with the doctors and team to provide an efficient and positive patient experience. This is a great fit for a hygienist who enjoys both clinical excellence and meaningful patient interaction.

Our office provides a family- and life-friendly schedule designed to support work-life balance. Lunch break arrangements are flexible: you may take time as desired, and some team members prefer to go home early, while lunch can also be arranged if preferred. Parking is available in a convenient parking lot for staff and patients.

We are committed to maintaining a safe and well-equipped clinical environment. Personal protective equipment provided includes disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
