TEMPORARY FRONT DESK / PATIENT COORDINATOR Potential for Full-Time Position

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk/Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

This is a fast-paced dental office, so we need someone who can adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, multitask, and jump in wherever needed. Being fully bilingual in English and Spanish is a MUST for this position.

The primary focus of this role will be call center and front-office responsibilities, including managing and maintaining the schedule, answering a high volume of calls, scheduling and confirming patients, handling administrative tasks, and helping keep the day running smoothly.

You will work closely with the Office Manager and the entire team, assisting wherever needed to support the flow of the office and provide an excellent patient experience.

• Previous dental/front-office experience preferred
