At our boutique-style practice, we are redefining the dental experience for both our patients and team members. We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Dental Assistant to join our growing family. This is an excellent opportunity for someone enthusiastic about dental care and eager to learn in a supportive environment.

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive personalized, high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and fostering a calming atmosphere for our patients. Attention to detail, reliability, and energy are essential traits we value in our team members.

We believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance, and our schedule allows team members to work 3–4 days per week, with hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. We provide paid time off, paid holidays, and a 3% 401K match to support your financial future.

Our team works 3–4 days a week with patient hours from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, providing a healthy work-life balance. As an out-of-network practice, we’re able to spend more time with each patient, use the best materials, and maintain systems that support consistency and excellence.
