Full time Hygienist

We are seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our general & aesthetic dentistry practice on a full-time basis. Our office provides family & aesthetic dentistry in a welcoming, patient-focused environment where quality care and teamwork are valued every day. The ideal candidate must be a licensed dental hygienist in Georgia with strong people skills and a true team player mindset. No prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for a new graduate or an experienced hygienist. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent care while helping maintain a smooth and organized daily workflow.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive preventive care, performing cleanings and periodontal maintenance, documenting findings accurately, educating patients on oral hygiene, and supporting the dentist and clinical team as needed. Comfort with elective procedures is appreciated, and additional compensation is available for services such as fluoride varnish, sealants, and Curodont application.

This position offers an competitive hourly rate with monthly production bonuses and procedure bonuses tied to elective procedures. Benefits are available after 1 year of employment. The work schedule is full-time and includes a 1-hour lunch break. For convenience, there is plenty of parking available at our standalone building, making arrival and departure easy for staff.
