Part-time Dental Hygienist

We are seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join our growing general dentistry practice. This is a part-time opportunity in a single-doctor office that serves a diverse patient base, including Medicaid, PPO, and private patients. Established in 2006, our practice continues to expand, and we are recently incorporating implants as part of our developing clinical services. We are looking for a team member who values quality care, strong communication, and a calm, patient-focused approach.

Our office is designed to support efficient, modern dentistry. We operate with three treatment rooms, panoramic X-ray, and a 3D X-ray, and we are fully chartless using Open Dental software. Because we want both patients and staff to feel comfortable, we work intentionally to create an environment that helps ease discomfort and encourages positive visits.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hygiene experience and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will typically one patient at a time and spend about 45 minutes with each patient. You should be comfortable working in a busy, organized setting and able to provide thorough preventive care while supporting the doctor and clinical team. A college-level education is expected.

We also prioritize safety and proper infection control. PPE available in the office includes disposable gowns, face shields, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
