We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy pediatric dental office. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and passionate about creating a positive experience for both children and their parents or guardians.
You will play an essential role in managing front desk operations, coordinating patient schedules, handling payments and insurance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between our clinical and administrative teams.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and their parents or guardians warmly and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.
Manage all front desk operations and ensure a welcoming, organized office environment.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly using professional phone etiquette; address patient questions or direct calls to the appropriate team member.
Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Present treatment plan estimates clearly and professionally to parents or guardians.
Coordinate closely with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and overall office operations.
Process patient payments and assist with billing-related responsibilities.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records, filing systems, and databases while ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Manage and utilize office technology and dental practice management systems.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
Previous experience as a Dental Administrator, Dental Front Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Patterson Eaglesoft software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional and confident phone etiquette.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask effectively in a busy patient-care environment.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, pediatric-focused dental office.
A welcoming, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, guardians, and clinical staff.
Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and HIPAA compliance. Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
