Part or full time RDH at Aero Dentistry

We are a growing dental practice seeking a skilled and motivated dental hygiene professional to join our team in a modern, patient-centered environment. Our office serves a diverse mix of General, PPO, and Private patients and is known for providing high-quality care in a state-of-the-art setting. We pride ourselves on maintaining a laid-back atmosphere where both patients and team members feel comfortable, respected, and valued.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience and a strong foundation in preventive oral health care, patient education, and clinical hygiene procedures. We are looking for someone who is dependable, personable, and confident in delivering exceptional care while supporting a smooth and efficient clinical workflow. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected.

Responsibilities include performing routine dental hygiene duties, reviewing patient histories, completing periodontal charting, scaling and root planing as indicated, applying preventive treatments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene practices. The right candidate will be comfortable working with a varied patient base and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment. Strong communication skills and a caring approach are essential, as our office is known for having some of the nicest patients in town.

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule with a 30-minute lunch break. We also provide ample parking for staff convenience. Compensation for this role is $60–$65 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, eligible team members receive PTO as part of our benefits package.
