Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Pearland, TXWe are a growing dental practice seeking an experienced dental assistant to support a busy, patient-focused team in a professional office setting. This is a full-time position in a single-doctor practice serving general dentistry and orthodontic patients, with a PPO and private-pay patient base.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and must be proficient in all aspects of general dentistry. Responsibilities include assisting chairside, preparing treatment rooms, supporting sterilization and infection control protocols, taking appropriate precautions with PPE, and helping ensure smooth daily workflow. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are important.
A high school education is sufficient for this role. Candidates should be reliable, organized, and comfortable working as part of a team. Cross-training is not required.
We provide a complete range of PPE, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, and respirator masks. Parking is available in front of the office, and a daily lunch break of 30 minutes to 1 hour is provided.
