Dentist at Plum Creek is a privately owned, 8-operatory practice in the heart of one of the fastest-growing communities in the state. We are part of a 3-location group founded by Dr. Mahesh Dholariya, DDS - not a DSO, not a management company. A dentist-owned practice where clinical decisions are made by clinicians, not spreadsheets.

We are looking for a part-time RDH who wants a full column, an honest bonus structure, and a team that holds each other accountable - in a good way.

COMPENSATION
Base pay: $50 - $55 per hour (experience-based)
Top performers routinely earn an additional $0 - $11 per hour in bonuses

SCHEDULE
Part-time, please indicate your availability when filling out the application

WHAT YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE
- One column only - no stacking, no rushing
- New adult patients: 80 minutes (full health history, PANO, 4 BWs, 3 PAs, perio chart, iTero scan, prophy, exam, OHI)
- Recall appointments: 60 minutes
- SRP scheduled in dedicated blocks - not squeezed into a prophy slot
- You administer your own local anesthesia (certification required or in progress)
- You have your own dedicated LASER unit - no waiting, no sharing

CLINICAL TOOLS YOU WILL USE EVERY DAY
- LASER-assisted bacterial reduction (LBR) for every perio patient
- LASER-assisted periodontal therapy (LAPT) for active perio
- Curodont, SDF, Perio Protect, fluoride varnish and trays based on caries risk assessment
- OralID oral cancer screenings - standard at every new patient visit
- Open Dental, Pearl AI, AI for perio charting
- iTero scanner, CBCT, intraoral cameras, digital x-rays

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
No Arestin - evidence-based decision made by our clinical team in collaboration with our referral periodontists
No two-column hygiene
No clocking out for patient cancellations - not penalized

HOW WE KEEP CLINICAL STANDARDS HIGH
Lead RDH reviews perio patient percentages by individual hygienist across the group
Weekly tracking of reappointment rate, fluoride placement ratio, and care per hour
Standardized diagnostic protocol agreed upon by all DDS providers - no guessing, no inconsistency
Quarterly scorecards aligned to our core values: cheerful, gratitude, accountability, adaptability, teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement
Monthly off-site team meetings

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Active Texas RDH license
Local anesthesia certification (or currently enrolled)
LASER certification preferred - we will support you in obtaining it if needed
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to ethical, evidence-based hygiene care
