Are you a compassionate and skilled dental hygienist looking to join a welcoming family practice? We are seeking a dedicated hygiene professional with 2-5 years of experience. This part-time position is available to support our growing patient base as our valued dental hygienist prepares for retirement.
In our supportive and collaborative environment, you will provide exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of oral health. You will spend 45-60 minutes with each patient, conducting thorough assessments, including periodontal screenings, oral cancer screenings, and providing essential treatments such as prophylaxis, fluoride treatment, and local anesthesia administration.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include performing dental charting, oral hygiene instruction, and patient education, as well as utilizing advanced tools like digital radiography, VELscope, and NOMAD Pro. You will also play a crucial role in treatment planning and patient recall, working with our state-of-the-art systems like Denticon.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
- CPR Certification
- Proficiency in effective patient communication and education
- Familiarity with sterile procedures and proper use of PPE.
- A great positive attitude
Our office prioritizes your safety and comfort, providing a clean and well-organized setting. You will have a one-hour lunch break in a conducive work environment, with parking readily available for your convenience. No weekends or nights required.
In addition to a competitive hourly rate of $55-$65 per hour, you'll receive free dental services for yourself and a significant discount for your family.
