About Us
Our dental practice is a quality-oriented, fee-for-service general dental practice. We have a nice office, friendly staff, and great patients. We're dedicated to providing exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment, and we take pride in ensuring every patient feels valued and respected. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about oral health. The office hours are M 11-7, T 9-6, and Th 11-7.

Job Responsibilities
As the Front Desk Professional, you will play a vital role in the patient experience, including:
• Greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing appointment scheduling.
• Coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth flow.
• Verifying insurance information and assisting with claims.
• Processing payments and managing accounts receivable.
• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure a seamless office operation.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in a dental or medical front desk role preferred.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and terminology is an advantage.
